I have a prepaid number in AT&T. And I want to transfer to visible and purchase iPhone 14 pro will I able to get 200 dollar gift card and Airpods 3?

When I transfered from AT&T I received the $200 virtual gift card. AT&T has no affiliation with Visible or Verizon.  Should not have an issue...
