I recently switched from Verizon to visible and kept the same phone number. I currently can’t receive text messages from anyone that I haven’t messaged on my new phone. If I have messaged them on my new phone then I’m able to receive messages from them. I also can’t receive verification codes that I need to get into my work account or banking apps. Any one ever had this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Same problem and I’ve tried live chat, but always end up at the place where I have to reset my phone and I’m not willing to give up all the information that’s on it.

Same here. Live chat. didn’t help. I kept getting to the point where I had to reset my phone and I am not willing to erase all the information on it.

same here . many 2 step come through, bank and broker and work do not. I reset network, (only lose wifi pw), turned off spam blocker on phone and on visible recently, lets see if it works. keep you posted.

same here. recently turned off spam blocker on iphone 14pro and on visible app. will keep you posted if that worked. chat was unhelpful. say its not on their end.
