Do you currently have visible? Is your phone eSIM compatible? Is your new phone currently active on visible with a regular SIM? Please note if your phone is not eSIM compatible you won't be able to use eSIM.
If you have Android you have to connect your new phone to a Wi-Fi then download the visible app, login, then contact customer care that you want to transfer your eSIM to a new phone, provide them your IMEI and they will send you a new eSIM to download in the app, if you have a iPhone it's the same process but sometimes you don't have to contact the customer care, if you see a option in the app to download eSIM then do it, if not it's the same process as Android
