I saw advertisement by Visible for a 15 day free trial of the service? Signed up on Jan 6th (today is 9th) and have already been charged the monthly fee. What happened to the free trial promotion???

Did you happen to request a physical SIM card? If so Visible only does eSIM for the free trial. If it was eSIM it sounds like you requested a month service instead of the free trial. The free trial should not have asked for a credit card or any form of payment from my understanding.
