Inability to activate account

I open an account with Visible, got SIM and then had difficulty activating.   Spent a couple of hours on 2 days chatting with a agent attempting to resolve.   It appears I get some validation emails not others.  Now when I log in it says my account has been temporality suspend due to missed payment.  Haven't even started service.  It seems now, all emails for validation for even getting past the digital assistant is not working.  I have no recourse as I am unable to talk with a live person via chat and there is no phone number for Visible.  Very frustrated, this has all happen over the course of 3 days...

Have you tried reaching out over social media, I’ve had moderate luck via Facebook Messenger.  Links for social media are at the bottom of this page.

I am on day three as well. got help late last night , but did not help. same problem this morning
