You would need the IMEI number first(but hard to get since you haven't bought it yet) and run it through the compatible checker https://www.visible.com/shop/compatibility
I'm quite sure it won't pass but it may work, you would have to take that chance. If you are not a customer already you would likely have to do a work around to get a SIM card.
One thing I will point out is Visible isn't all that friendly with android devices, especially Motorola since they have them make phones for Visible with unique model numbers to Visible. Chances of buying a Motorola phone that is in the IMEI database and pass the checker is about zero unless you buy the phone from Visible. This doesn't mean the phone won't work though.
