Is it my phone or the Service?


Obviously something is going on with Visibiles service or the chats and customer service would not be so backed up, with that said I still dont know if its my phone of the service.  I am having to put my phone in airplane mode and restarting it at least once a day.  I have had to do this maybe a handful of times in almost 3 years of having the service.  I have reset my network settings, airplane mode, and of course reset my phone. I do not want to do a factory reset if it is not necessary so if there is anything else to try first I would like to.
