I have tried to switch over from T-mobile but visible locked my account due to wrong password. How do I get the app to work again? The help menu is all automated and useless to helping me figure this out.
I don’t know if it changed over or not.
Im getting discouraged on my decision to do this change over.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Braz54 - Have you tried using the Forgot Password option? If that doesn't work, I would recommend contacting Visible Support.

I bought a phone through Visible and had my number ported two weeks ago today. They still can’t activate my cell service. And they won’t even offer me the courtesy of telling what the problem is.
I hope you are able to resolve your problem soon, but if not, I encourage you to file complaints against Visible with the Better Business Bureau and Federal Communications Commission.
