So I have a huge problem trying to transfer my service to a new phone... Bought a brand new moto g stylus from visible and when I tried to transfer esim.. nothing. Ok fine, got a human from CS to help, but according to them my phone is carrier locked, and they don't have the tool (?) The e xact word from visible CS rep is that they are unable to unlock my BRAND NEW PHONE WHICH IS FROM VISIBLE.. so they want me to send phone to them, wait until I can finally get refunded and then I'll be able to buy another phone from them with free next day shipping!! how generous of them I know.. but I am wondering if a physical sim card will work with my new phone?

It is carrier locked to Visible. If you are having issue transferring eSIM then you need to get a different customer service agent. Ask for a supervisor if need be.
