I put in a new SIM card yesterday (to change the plan). It worked throughout the day; now is doesn’t. It indicates connected, with bars, but nothing populates.
Ideas?

Sorry no ideas, but I have a lines with visible that we finally got changed, that was an ordeal itself, and now I am looking at 2 new sim cards sitting here. I am really distrustful of visible after just getting the plan changed, now I see you are having issues with your new sim after plan change. I am going to sit on these and see what happens. I feel like the service will be downgraded even though they told me the basic plan is comparable to the OG plan. Post whatever your results end up being.
