New upgrade

I spent all day on chat with visible and they were no help at all. Can someone tell me how to do the wonderful upgrade? I’m trying to pick the $30 plan any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’m going to assume you’re already with Visible and just wanting to switch plans. What kind of problem are you having?

Yes, I am on Visible. I received an email saying I needed to pick a plan but I’ve been on chat for hours and I cannot do it. It will not let me go through. It says bring your own phone which I have my own but customer service says that is incorrect so I don’t know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also having the same issue.  I'm a current customer who has been offered (through email) a "network upgrade".  Unfortunately, after logging into my account there is no option to upgrade anything.  The digital assistant "Connie" does not even answer when I ask how to upgrade.  Does anyone have any idea how to actually switch my plan and save money?
