OK folks here is what you do. Go on Facebook messenger. Search Visible Telecommunications. Start a chat telling them your issue. They will ask for your full name and email. They will send you and email and you need to click on, Yes IT'S ME. Go back to chat and tell him you verified. He had me up and running in 5 minutes!!!
