I switched over to Visible and bought a new iPhone 13 in April, 2022 and it showed as having the promotion while loading the phone into my cart. However, the promotion wouldn't show up on the checkout page. I chatted with Visible about this and they said I would get the promotion after 3 payments.
However I never received the promotion gift card. And after chatting with Visible just now, they say there was not a promotion at the time for the iPhone 13.
This doesn't make much sense since I remember what I saw. I would really like to receive the promotion that I was promised.
