Hubby and I can send and receive texts, but nothing is happening on the call out / receive calls in. It's been 2 hours now. Worried since he needs his phone for work emergencies/on call overnight.

I have this issue and an open case in with back end support but same thing. I can text some people and receive texts. But some people I can't at all and they get an error invalid number when they try to text me.
