Apple had to rebuild my Iphone 14 Pro Max which meant wiping the phone and reinstall everything from a current backup but Apple could not reinstall the esim and told me I had to do that. My phone currently Now Shows No Esim in the Cellular setting and I currently cannot access my phone number and am trying to regain the phone number I had until Apple rebuilt my phone. This leaves me with no phone service presently. I have no one to talk to live to help me so i need help.
When I sign in to my account it tries o send a validation code to my phone number which of course is not active so I cannot retrieve the code. How do I get past this and get my Esim back on my phone? Right now I am unable to make or receive phone calls or texts because when you look to into the Cellular setting on the Iphone 14 pro max it shows all Esims as No SIM. I need help to reestablish the phone number I had.
