Port in request from T-Mobile unacceptable time

I requested port in request from T Mobile on 3/18. I was told 4-24 hrs. Then  on contacting after 24 hrs, they increased to 48 hrs. Now they have escalated two times but port in is not completed by visible. 

at one point I was told by visible chat agent that it is pending with T Mobile to release but on contacting them T-Mobile has not received any request. Account number and Pin has been verified many times and they are no issues. Very bad experience with viable to start with. What any operator takes 15 min, visible process sucks and chat agent only escalate with no resolution. 

I am kind of stuck with T-Mobile with no recharge available and number not porting in to Visible. Pathetic service

do not port your number to Visinle. It is not worth your time. They keep on telling me it would be resolved by morning when chatting in night and in the night when chatting in the morning. Very inexperienced support team and highly inefficient. It’s not worth your time and money.
