I have been trying to ask a question using the chat box after I have logged into my account. Connai, the Visible Digital Assistant, does not respond to my question. It says if it can not help me, it will get someone who can. Then it does nothing. In the past I would be connected with a technical support agent who I could have a chat conversation. Now nothing happens, no technical support agent, no que number? What has happened to Visible customer support?

It should at some point ask you if you want to speak to a live agent. I believe if you type live agent in the box that will should work. You can also use Facebook messenger or Twitter and message them, both icons can be found in the bottom righthand corner of this page.
