After reading all of these posts I am very sorry I started porting over my number. I am trying to cancel. I wouldn’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit doesn’t pop up sooner or later. I already know first hand that their customer service and chat only option is t r a s h. I was put in chat que 5 times and 4 of the 5 I was ignored altogether after starting chat with live agent. And I haven’t even officially started my plan yet. Lol. Lord help us all!
