I'm hoping someone could clarify this for me.
MetroPCS said it'd need both port-out PIN and account PIN.
I don't recall setting up account PIN when activating the service. Visible (chat) agent said there is a PIN one can set for when using the app, but there is no such thing as account PIN.
I'm trying to confirm that account number and port-out PIN are sufficient for porting out.

I’m having a similar problem. Visible is showing a wrong pin error for porting from my Metro account. I called Metro and changed my pin with same error. My son and I are on same Metro account with same pin and his port is going through. No one can or will help me at Metro and Visible.
