Received an email about an order i did not authorize

So...I too received an email about an order that I never made ๐Ÿ˜ก. I immediately checked my bank account for any discrepancy but luckily there was none. Then got an email from Visible stating it was some kind of error. I tried to reach out the customer service via chat but yeah, the chat system is effing USELESS ๐Ÿ˜ก!! Also, how come the Iphone 13 is on the phone shopping list here already but not the Galaxy Flip or Fold???
