My son's school tried calling me on my new Visible phone number, but they get a message saying "not in service" or something similar, yet they have no problem reaching me via their personal cell phones. I've been getting plenty of calls/texts from other people, but now I worry who else may have this problem reaching me in the future. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Anyone else have this issue?
That is a strange one, wonder if for some reason the school has your number 'blacklisted' on their end which isn't even allowing the call to go through. Same could be on the visible side, they may have the number flagged as a spammer?
Have you tried contacting visible service to see what they have to say about it?
