My wife has a Google Pixel 4a (5G) same as mine, however, when I input the IMEI number into the compatibility checker it says that it won't work. However, if I input my IMEI number which is only slightly different than hers, it says it works. Both phones were purchased at the same time, and are both the same exact model. Is there any way to correct this problem?
