It needs the correct account number and port out PIN for successful port out.
You could create a new account (using new email) and provide the correct information.

If you do not want to use another emails address, you can try reaching out to Visible support to see if they can help correct the problem. Although, your experience may vary as there are wide ranges of satisfaction to the help they provide.. For me they have always been helpful.
