Hi,
I have moved since I have signed up for Visible. I am now trying to order a new phone and a watch. When I try and update my shipping address, it asks that I enter in the code texted to me to confirm the change. Well I don't get any code. I've done it on my app, phone browser, PC browsers, signed out, signed back in, reached out to support, had case number, etc. Can someone PLEASE help me update my address? There is no reason why I shouldn't be getting the text to confirm my address
