Locked out of account


I’ve been having trouble upgrading to the new network settings so in an act of desperation I deleted the eSIM data and Visible app, redownloaded the app and tried to go through setup fresh to see if that would finally work. I log in, enable FaceID, and then it sends me a text message to confirm I’m me, but I can’t get it because I deleted the eSIM info. I thought I’d still get the notification on my Apple Watch but I cannot. I’m stuck. I’m locked out of my account. How do I get everything working again?
