Hi folks,

I have started a new account and while clicking through the setup pages, I clicked on "check out" but it's greyed out and I can't pay to complete the purchase.  I tried re-booting, different browsers and VPN on and off.  Don't know what to try next other than wait and try again later.

Well, looks like my sign-up is resolved.  I downloaded the app and finished the order through it.  Sailed right through!  Thanks to those who read my post.
