Hi Visible and community,
I ordered, and then returned an iPhone 12 Mini in September 2024. I have shipping confirmation from UPS that the device was shipped back to and accepted by the Visible warehouse in Fort Worth, TX. Visible has not given me my refund. They owe me $271 and I have not gotten anywhere in trying to use the chat feature to get my money back.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
