The Visible webpage has been down since Friday night. I am trying to activate a new phone. Any idea what is going on?

I was able to sign into both the website on my laptop and the app on my phone without issue just now. Try clearing your browsers cache and try again. Also, sometime it locks when I sign in and I just get the different Visible emoji faces, if I hit reload it will sign in.
You activate a SIM on the app on your phone.

Thanks for the reply. The system came back up last night so was able to port the new phone.
