I was excited to switch my number from my iPhone 11 to my 14pro today and activation via the app failed and online support wasn't able to resolve and then all of a sudden the chat stopped working and their website doesn't work for me.
So since the activation got far enough to take the service off my old phone but not put it on my new one I don't have any mobile service.
Okay so for some reason I can't access visible.com anymore from home wifi unless on VPN. Worked forever until yesterday....but on to more important business.
I was told i'd get a response in 4 hours initially. then last night i was told to wait up to 24 hours for a resolution and then this morning they said twenty-four to fourty-eight hours. Which is it?
I'm very disappointed.
