I have a Fitbit Versa 2 but will be upgrading to a Samsung Smartwatch soon. Will the Smartwatch connection work for for either one of them?

Cannot receive incoming calls

I just switched from Google fi two days ago, until now I cannot receive calls and texts msg. But I can make calls. What's wrong here? BTW, I restart my phone and reactivate my esim twice, but it still cannot work.
