The only way you can talk is to request chat agent to call you. They will first go through basic troubleshooting and if they need to talk you on the phone, they will call you.
This is exactly I did and they called me.
yeah, and every time you talk to an agent they will ask you to do the same things over and over and over.... the frontline CSRs are like robots. they cannot actually fix ANYTHING.
