visible is run by some fat cats in Denver CO. I am sure they are very
happy that they dont have a 1-800 number much to the detriment of their
customers.
yeah, and every time you talk to an agent they will ask you to do the
same things over and over and over.... the frontline CSRs are like
robots. they cannot actually fix ANYTHING.
and you better make sure your phone is STILL supported. I had a phone on
the network. I bought one just like it and it would not activate because
that phone was no longer supported. I can still use the phone I had
because it is grandfathered in.
