Find the IMEI number, it can be found under settings and about phone(usually found here on certain android phones) and look for the IMEI number and go to the following link and check it. https://www.visible.com/shop/compatibility
There is a good chance that if you didn't buy it here in the last year it might show not compatible but you can check to verify. A phone I bought through Visible on the old plan here last year shows not compatible with the new plan we are switching to even though it still works now.
