Hi all,  Does anyone know of a way to get some help from customer service?  I have a new phone and need to switch from my old one.  Maybe it is worth the extra dollars to sign up with a carrier that helps its customers.

I have Cricket that is absolutely one advantage.  If you are going to stay with Visible chat in and request a call back from a supervisor.

Visible is an incompetent company with access to high bandwidth for cheap. You roll the dice working with them, because customer service is very poor. Their backend software is terrible.

I tried to port a phone number to Visible, and it was frozen. Not only was I unable to receive help from 12 different chat representatives, but I had to re-explain myself each time. They were unable to see the issue or any notes.

In fact, I still haven't received the email to "finish the registration process" for this community account. You'll find examples of incompetence anywhere you look. Take the gamble if you dare.
