existing customer, physical sim to esim issue

I have an iPhone 13, and I have a physical SIM card for Visible. I wanted to activate my esim to keep up with the new technology, and my phone lost all service. my physical simcard lost service and was deactivated, so my phone only says SOS at the top where the service bars are supposed to be, and the Esim activation process is not working through the visible app. So I don't have any service whatsoever. what do I do??? I am really worried. and of course, visible has high chat volume right now so I can't even ask anyone on the team for help

Did you ever get an answer? I have essentially the same problem:  Physical SIM card on my old (now deactivated) phone, eSIM for new phone (that doesn't connect to Visible).
