international calling not working

Hi, I have the Visible plus plan.    International calling doesn't work.  I get the message "international calling and long distance is not on this line to add it chat with customer service or something like that.  CS had no idea how to fix it.  I did dial 011 and the code followed by the number.  Can anyone help?  How did others resolve the issues?

issue resolved Visible Customer service is awesome.  It took  going to teer two.  But once it got there it was a fix with in a short time.

yes I'm trying to get the same issue fixed! I have Visible + pro, and I am getting a recorded message that International calling is not included in my service. Chat agents have no clue how to fix it and are not escalating to the next level!
