porting from another carrier with 2 lines, must i set up an account for each line?

Porting from TMO and utilizing the $15.00 deal. However I have two lines I need to port. what is the secret? do i actually create an account for each line? Am I missing something?

Yes, you need an account/email address for each line. Visible is single line accounts and doesn't have a family plan or family accounts.
