problem with payment

Hello. I have a physical Verizon SIM card. But I want to connect your E-sim service. I created an account, completed all the requirements and all that was left was to pay. When I try to pay, I always get the same errors. For some unknown reason I cannot pay for my order. none of the operators helped me after several hours of trying. the error comes out with the following text: “Oops
Unfortunately, we're unable to process your order."

Do you pay for the service or purchasing device from visible?

 

Have you tried to pay using PayPal?

Sometimes payment will not go through if the service address/ SIM delivery address doesn't match the address on your account/ debit/credit card.
