"Something went wrong, we are working hard to fix it" when I order physical sim

I'm currently using mint mobile esim and esim is trying to order a physical sim due to compatibility issues. I keep getting errors when ordering and I wonder if I need to completely delete and register the current esim. Or is there any other solution? I have to get a sim by the 29th. I get a message that the autopay method is registered, but I'm still not getting a sim order
