How do I contact Visible to reroute the delivery of my sim card?

I don't think you can. You can try chatting in. I say I don't think you can simply because it is shipped next day.

Another user had the issue of not being home when it was delivered. He tried getting FedEx to hold it and FedEx won't reroute, hold or deviate from the regular delivery. It will likely be returned to Visible. If you weren't home they should leave a door tag for you to sign since this package needs to be signed for.
If you don't get it you will need to contact Visible via chat, Twitter or Facebook messenger, the latter two can be found on the lower righthand corner of this page. You would need to request them to send it again. Hope this helps.

Reorder again if it returned to Visible
