I've had issues and been unable to access voice mail since December. With power outages due to winter weather and internet being down as well, I hope this can be fixed, as I need to receive my messages, especially since I'm applying for jobs. This is only the 3rd month with Visible and it is very disappointing.

This sounds like something you need to get in touch with customer service. 3 options, chat, Twitter, or Facebook Messenger. The latter seemed to be the easiest for me and response times were as fast as chat but that is not saying much.

What device are you using? Irrespective of the device, you can dial voicemail by long pressing the number "1" on the dial pad and authenticating your voicemail pin.
