After I moved over (9/21/22) I did see some negative posts about some previous bad experiences moving to visible so I felt compelled to say my transfer was a breeze! So what ever issues they may have had they have obviously addressed. This included the port over of my old number (from Sprint/T-Mobile) to visible and was all done within 20 mins, I am really impressed! btw reading this back I sound like a visible employee, I can assure you I have nothing to do with visible, im just a regular Joe public very happy with my visible transfer experience.

just wanted to add that mine was an e-sim port, if that makes a difference to anyone?

Yes it makes a difference as does what phone. Problems still persist for many and Visible has finally acknowledged them:

The biggest complaints however are with customer support through Chat - the only real support option offered by Visible.
