Two Different Plans

I'm currently on Verizon with two lines and a watch. We are all Apple.

My thought it to sign one line/phone up for the Basic Plan and the other for the Plan that includes the watch. I'm unsure if one account can have different plans. I'm also unsure if moving the two phones and a watch from Verizon will be difficult. If I sign up for monthly, does it require I subscribe to a monthly debit? Finally, is there, like Verizon, some setup fee that will what me after setup?

Thanks. I cannot find a FAQ with this specifics.

Visible is single line accounts so you will need an email address/account for each line you want to move.

As for difficulty, some have had issues but the majority don't, follow the directions for activating and porting step by step and should go smoothly. Any issues you would need to contact customer service by chat or by messaging them on one of their social media platforms, they do not have a number to call. Do not cancel service at Verizon before you have completed the port, the port will automatically close your Verizon account once the last number has been ported. Port the primary number/account holder last.

You only need to have a form of payment on file. You can choose whether you have autopay or pay manual. I prefer autopay and I use PayPal if that matters.

There is no setup fees and no extra monthly charges, what you see is what you pay. Only added payments/fees is if you travel globally and want to use Visible abroad there is a daily fee for Global Pass. You would need to read about it on the Visible website.

I just want to add that I am just a customer myself, this forum is peer to peer so if you decide to move to Visible you can post in the help section here but it is advisable just to contact customer service for any service/account related issues.

I also suggest you sign up for the free trial and try it out for 15 days. The free trial is the same as the base plan. If you sign up for monthly(or annually) and it doesn't work out just know that Visible has a no refund policy.

Have you signed up yet? If not I might suggest holding off on the account which has an Apple Watch. There is currently a known issue where many people have been unable to get their Apple Watch activated on Visible for the past week or two.

The issue with Apple Watch activation is resolved btw so should be no problem to bring that account over as well

The trigger point for me was just today when Verizon sent a text saying it cares for me so will take $10 off my $194 bill subject to cancellation at any time. If the company wanted to infuriate me, it found a way.

Whew $194?! I'm paying Visible $10/month for my phone and watch combined. (Thanks to referral credits and got promotional pricing like 4 years ago, but still $200 a month is wild.)

The typical family cell phone bill is, IIRC, $220/month. Maybe I'm not the only one who isn't able to switch to Visible or the other lower cost carriers. To be fair, though, my Verizon at that cost includes Disney+, ESPN, Hulu and some other stuff. I think T-Mob also includes those. I'm unsure about AT&T.

So if you look at a low cost no frills carrier but then sub to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney the difference in low cost vs. premium carrier may be slight. I never bothered to compare all the permutations and combinations.
