Account Overview Updates & Backup Payments

We have some account overview updates we’d like to share, as well as some information about a new feature, backup payments. 


The account overview page ( has been redesigned to better share all of your important account information without the need for you to scroll all over the page or go to other tabs for details. 


You will now find your service & plan, price & due date, payment methods, savings & discounts, devices, and some helpful resources all at the top of your account overview, see example screenshot for details:

With this Account Overview update, we are also rolling out backup payments. If your account is set to autopay, you can now add a backup payment method to your account to be used in the instance that your main payment method fails. From the Account Overview page, click on the > next to Payment Methods, and you will be able to add a backup payment method. See the below screenshot for an overview of the Payment Methods page and how to add a backup.

 **One thing to note about the Backup Payment feature, it will be rolling out in phases between December 13-22. If you don’t see it available on your account today, hold tight as it should appear soon. If you don’t see it after the 22nd, reach out via chat support so the Care Team can investigate further.
