By the title I mean that Affirm and Visible recorded values for payments are different.
I'm asking because I've been trying to upgrade my phone and have Visible pay the rest off, but the option doesn't work. When I try to trade in, it tells me to upgrade instead, and sends me to my account overview where there is no option.
I spoke to chat earlier this night and they stated they only have me down for 45%. I checked my own records on Affirm and it was actually about 63%. They informed me that, to be eligible for upgrade, I'd have to chat with Affirm and have it updated on their end towards Visible to reflect the "real value".
Has anyone had any issues like this when trying to upgrade?
