The fun is over, we've been very patient with you folks but it's time to fix the problem with phone number *****.  We've been at this problem for almost three weeks now.  All we want to do is get back up and running with Visible so we can switch venders to Consumer Cellular as we've already done with *****.  We received the new sim card and placed it in the phone and was told by your people there was a hic-cup on your end and someone would get back to us.

TIME'S UP!  Fix it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
