Novice II

Finally after a 4 hour chat session got my service fixed and working. Wanted to throw in the towel but I didn’t . After all was said and done it appeared to be a verizon SIM card issue that was causing the problems so hopeful I am on the way to being another satisfied Visible customer. I really wanted it to work out but was getting very frustrated. Next I plan to party but going to wait to make sure everything goes well. Thanks to Walden my chat buddy and to any community member who may have replied to my post.
