I have had Visible for two months, yesterday I tried transferring my number from an iPhone 11 to a 12, both using eSIM. Every time I received a verification code via SMS, it would say it was incorrect. Contacted customer service, got the 11 deactivated and the 12 added to the account. For about 30 seconds it flashed “5G” and then went back to SOS only. Some how the activation got hung up on the 12. Now Visible says they can’t undo the activation, I can’t receive verification codes because I have no cellular service. They tried email verification, it takes hours to receive it and it has expired once received. I use my phone for business while traveling. What options do I have besides waiting?
