I was recently a visible customer and my service was recently suspended .My account was hacked and my phone says that my sims card is locked.And they say that i need a PUT code to unlock my sims card.My bill has been paid in full and it says my service has been susppended. If this problem cant be fixed today i would like for my money to be put back on my card.

Just an FYI, this is a peer to peer forum and it is not monitored by Visible at all so not sure why you had come here to ask for a refund. You need to get a hold of customer service via chat, Facebook messenger or Twitter DM. Good luck!
