Phone compatibility

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I know it's unlocked because I've used different carriers before and it was unlocked by me. Why are you saying that it's not compatible? I want to use your service and I don't want to buy a new phone because I just bought a phone

Just an FYI, this is peer to peer forum so if you are looking for answers from Visible you would need to contact customer service by chat or social media platforms such as X(Twitter), Facebook, Reddit or Instagram by private messaging them.

The answer I have would be is that phone is from 2017 it likely won't work on the Visible network as it may not have the correct firmware to operate.
